The 10 most important hygiene tips

We encounter a variety of pathogens such as viruses and bacteria in everyday life. Simple hygiene measures help protect yourself and others from infectious diseases.

 

1. Wash hands regularly

2. Wash hands thoroughly

10. Air regularly
